This hotel is in a great location, close to the airport and train station/buses for access to the city. There are some lovely parks within walking distance too. The staff were wonderful and accommodating to any needs or requests. You can tell they're a great team who enjoy where they work and providing a great stay to their customers. Highly recommend.

I had to travel for a family funeral. The staff were so kind, compassionate and helpful. The bed was comfy, the room was clean. I was really impressed with the staff who seemed really happy to work there. I would definitely stay here again.

I travelled from Sydney NSW. I drove all night with my pregnant friend and was extremely exhausted. I was awake for 17.5-18 hours. The receptionist got me a room very quickly and the cleaner had it cleaned perfectly and efficiently for us. ||I highly recommend staying for the staff and the comfort :)

I am shocked at how amazing the customer service is. Every single person I have dealt with has gone above and beyond. The rooms are lovely and clean as well as all other amenities! I would definitely stay here again!

We recently had our in-laws stay in the Quest Cannon Hill - we cannot recommend it highly enough. It was important for us to have them close. The staff went out of their way to make them feel very welcomed. The beds were comfortable and although on a busy road the room was really quiet. The apartments are well equipped, extremely clean and the staff were all lovely and helpful - great value for money - we would happily recommend to anyone.
